For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jl169" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jl169.cam and all associated services, software, and features.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered or attempts to register an account on the jl169 platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal gaming account created by a Player on jl169.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's jl169 account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by jl169 under specific terms and conditions, which are distinct from real-money deposits.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that issues and oversees jl169's operating licence.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software suppliers whose games are made available on the jl169 platform, including but not limited to JILI Gaming.
• "RNG" refers to Random Number Generator — the certified algorithm used to determine outcomes in non-live games hosted on jl169.

By accessing jl169.cam, creating an account, making a deposit, or engaging in any gaming activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jl169 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jl169 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Players are required to register a personal account to access real-money gaming features on jl169. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one jl169 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

jl169 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

jl169 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available to Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jl169 reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source.
• Deposits are credited to your jl169 Wallet Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — GCash and PayMaya typically clear within seconds; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• jl169 does not accept deposits sourced from illegal activity. Any deposit suspected of being connected to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct will be held, reported to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
• jl169 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your jl169 Wallet Balance is subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before withdrawal privileges are enabled. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. jl169 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made to a bank account registered in the Player's verified name where alternative methods are unavailable or restricted.

• Any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the Wallet Balance prior to processing.

• Bonuses are awarded at jl169's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to real money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of prohibited strategies, or exploitation of promotion errors — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl169. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to circumvent the normal operation of games or gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other players or jl169 staff through the Platform's communication channels.

jl169 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and our own obligations to player welfare. The following responsible gaming features and policies apply to all jl169 accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl169 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jl169.

Game content provided by third-party Game Providers (including JILI Gaming) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their proprietary licences. Any unauthorised use of Game Provider content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl169 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the jl169 Platform.
• Losses arising from system interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or maintenance periods beyond jl169's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, Game Providers, or other service partners whose performance falls outside jl169's direct operational control.
• Any direct or indirect loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to Terms violations.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain account security in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl169's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl169's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

In all cases where jl169's liability is not otherwise excluded under these Terms, jl169's total aggregate liability to a Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

jl169 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. The current version of the Terms will always be published on this page at jl169.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — jl169 will endeavour to notify active Players by email to their registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or minor formatting changes, may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the jl169 Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first contact jl169's customer support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. jl169 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to reach a resolution within thirty (30) business days of a dispute being formally lodged.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jl169 is also subject to regulatory oversight by PAGCOR. Players who are dissatisfied with jl169's dispute resolution outcome retain the right to escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
